I have a Samsung S21. For the last 3 months my phone started dropping calls and showing the message no sim detected. I changed the phone case to a cuter one and the phone worked then the next day after 24 hours has stopped. Again it's saying no sim detected. Please help. Verizon is saying that it's a SAMSUNG issue and not them.
Omedelez, thank you so much for reaching out. We do want to make sure that the Galaxy S21 is working without any error messages. For starters, when you get the new S21 did you use the SIM Card that was in the phone? Or are you using a SIM Card that was in your old device?
