Hi, I'm writing from Italy, a few days ago I bought a refurbished (used) Samsung Galaxy S10e in an Amazon store.
The phone always displays a screen with the Verizon Wireless logo when you turn it on.
The phone is in perfect condition and works perfectly in Italy with an italian sim, however it always displays the message 'SIM card is not from Verizon Wireless', if however I am in a European country other than Italy and therefore in Roaming activating the Router-Wifi a long Verizon message is displayed and the internet connection is not shared.
I have already contacted the Amazon store where I bought it and Samsung Italy but they have not been able to solve the problem.
Can you help me find a solution?
The alternative that the Amazon shop offered me is the return of what I paid.

Thank you for that clarification. Please remember, all of Verizon devices must be activated on our network (and inside the U.S. ONLY) for a minimum of 60-days and then the devices are automatically unlocked. We are including a link with our Unlock Policy, this way you can review at your convenience: verizon.com/support/device-locking-faqs/
Keep in mind, we CANNOT guarantee that our devices are compatible with other networks. We recommend reaching out to your local provider for further assistance, and so they can provide you options with devices that they offer directly and that are compatible with their own network. We wish you the best of luck and hope you have a wonderful day!

Thank you for the quick reply,
as you advised I will return the phone to the seller, on the other hand he sold it to me as perfectly functional, he had not specified that the phone could be blocked .
