Why don't nobody seem to wanna help me with this problem as I have to keep explaining it: Yeah it says that on the My Verizon app each time when I type in my login credentials and answer the security question and as soon as I hit continue that pops up below of what I have said about it, 

It looks like your device is not eligible for SMS and you do not have your email-id set up. If you need help, give us a call at 800.922.0204

It pertains to the device itself like something is wrong with the device.  I think the device itself needs unregister and re Register the device itself to see how that does
