So I've seen others with this issue but the suggested solution didn't help. So here's the rundown.
I have a fairly new Verizon account (started in April) with a brand new phone number. I can text just fine to all numbers except my realtor.
Her number, when I try to send gets a "failed to send" error. She can text me and I get her messages. When I try to reply "failed to send" over and over again. All other contacts I've tried to text work find. I'm not blocked as far as she knows (she certainly didn't set up a block). And she can send messages to me. My husband can text her just fine.
I've tried adding a 1 in front of her number, doesn't help.
Really need this issue fixed, couldn't be a worse person to not be able to text with. ๐

Not using the Verizon app. Have tried multiple SMS apps. All have the same issue, they can't send to this one particular person, but can to everyone else.

That is very strange, Tandaina. You've definitely done your fair share of trying to get those messages through. I understand having full contact with her is important. Do you have her information saved as a contact in your phone? If you do, try to delete her as a contact, delete any previous messages with her, then try to send a text message to her 10 digit cell phone number. Once it's through, enter in her contact details again and save them as normal. Since you're able to send to everyone else too, I'd recommend to have her reach out to her provider also to make sure there's no accidental block from their end either.
