Since approx. 10:30am on 6/17/23 I have been unable to receive SMS messages. I can send, yet not receive. I have gone through the many steps to try and fix this, with no success. I use the Samsung Messaging app, however, when I switched to another app to see if that would solve the problem, it did not. We're on hour 12 here with zero solutions...
We're sorry to hear that you're having problems receiving those text messages. Can we have your city and ZIP Code so we can review the area for any issues? Do you know if any other Verizon users are having the same issue in your area?
