I am extremely dissatisfied with Verizon blocking the use of Samsung Cloud services. I recently opened a tech support ticket to complain about the lack of ability to connect to Samsung Cloud services. First line tech support assured me that Verizon did not block the use of Samsung Cloud. After about a month of texts and emails, I gave them the web address from Samsung that specifically says Verizon does not allow you to access the Samsung Cloud. Within minutes, I received an email that said my issue had been resolved. They did not admit they were hiding the truth. They simply closed my tech support ticket. I will probably change carriers.
