Samsung Fold 3 will not send MMS pictures in messaging

As usual, and forever, Verizon cannot explain, nor solve the infamous text photo failing to transmit in a message. Does this option work? Has it ever worked? Does Verizon know how to fix it? Apparently not, and now you get AI to talk to to go through useless moronic steps.

Can ANYONE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?????????

What is the texting app you are using? When did the issue start? Is your device software up to date?

Same problem on my S22 Ultra, Verizon is not playing well with Samsung products and it's time to move on.  First it was no notification of voicemails which still is questionable, then I wasn't able to send or receive and messages for 12 hours while iPhone users on my plan could, now no pictures messages only text. What am I paying for exactly?
