I've had the new Samsung Galaxy 10e for 2 weeks now. Over 50 percent of the time, I lose a call or cannot connect when calling or someone is calling me.

I rely on my calls to keep me connected and want to ensure you can rely on your phone for calls as well, babe7818. Let's look into this. Please provide the city and cross streets where you're located when this happens. Is anyone else in your area experiencing the same issues? Do you receive any error messages on the device when this happens? What signal is showing on the phone when this happens?
