Samsung Galaxy A25 Voicemail and Visual Voicemail Help

Hello everyone, I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy A25 phone because my Pixel 3A battery finally gave up the ghost.  This is the first Samsung phone I've ever owned, and for the most part it's working great except for the voicemail.  On my Pixel, my voicemail was a separate screen that I could just look at to see who called and to play back the voicemails by default; same on the iPhone 6 I had before that.  Now I have to call my voicemail and it asks me for a PIN that I don't have because I have never needed one before?  I've tried calling customer support but for some reason they weren't able to help me reset the PIN.  Any advice?

Secondly, I would like to have visual voicemail again.  I haven't found any app on the Samsung store or Play store that's a Verizon Visual Voicemail app, but there's also no setting under my Voicemail tab in call settings menu to turn it on, either.  Does anyone know how to get Visual Voicemail for a Galaxy A25?  Is it just not available??

Thanks so much in advance for all of your help!

Hi, if your phone is a factory unlocked version, Verizon-specific apps won't work on it except for My Verizon.  As for getting a PIN for the plain *86 voicemail access, you can set or reset it in My Verizon:
