I use to get mms messages and text fine. Now I have to download every text that has a pic or emoji with the message.

It ask me to download the mms ? I never use to have this issue? I have not installed and new software or made any changes. I deleted the cache in the messenger app under settings and power cycled the phone and I am still having issue? Any suggestions or help is appreciated.

Hello firemanrickey,

There is a setting in the messaging app for downloading MMS message. Go to the messaging app, tap the profile pic and choose settings. Then go down to Advanced Settings. Here you will see an option for Auto-Download MMS. Toggle that to On. Then you will be all set.
