My laptop can't "see" my phone's hotspot. My old Motorola cell phone worked fine. I did manage to get my Tablet to connect to the phone. The Help Rep had me reset the network connections on the phone, and all kinds of other things. Still not working. I have no internet or useable WiFi at my job.
I even tried switching the BAND setting between 2.4 and 5 gHz. No soap.
