You might want to call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 and have them verify that there isn't a block on your account or they can reprovision the text feature for your line.

yesterday, i received a text it popped up in the notification part but when i went into the main text messaging icon with all the list of text messages, it wasn't there. fortunately, i was able to read it on the notification area so i knew what to reply. but very strange that it did not show up in the text messaging list.
