My S10+ will mute sounds during calls whenever I press the speaker button on the phone app. Call sounds are amplified normally through the speaker button for a while after a device restart, but soon are muted on subsequent calls. What is causing this?
That is a great device, and we want to be sure it is working correctly for you. Did this just start recently? Were there any recent changes? Have you tried restarting it?
