Samsung Galaxy S10e stuck on update from March


I use my Galaxy S10e for work and as part of my company's security requirements the device must have a security patch level of April 1, 2022 or later. My device is stuck at the March 1, 2022 update so I have lost access to my company's network.

When I go into System Update and try to search for an update it returns:

Your software is up to date.

Software update information
  • Current version: G970U1UES6HVD1 / G970U1OYM6HVD1 / G970U1UES6HVD1
  • Security patch level: March 1, 2022

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
