Samsung Galaxy z Fold 4 - Visual Voicemail and Voicemail Notifications are not working

I am not receiving Voicemail Notifications or Visual Voicemails. I've worked with  several techs including tier 2.  No one has been able to fix. I've even tried to factory reset, but still no luck. Steps I've tried so far:

  • Reset phone
  • Reset network settings
  • Reset all settings
  • Cleared Data/Cache of Voicemail app
  • Cleared forwarding (wasn't on)
  • Toggled service between Basic and Premium
  • Verizon techs reset on their end
  • Updates on phone
  • Restarted/Phone Off 5 - 15 minutes
  • Tried on wifi and on cellular data
  • Toggled cellular data on/off
  • Toggled wifi calling on/off
  • Changed Password to Voicemail

The voicemail app is failing to connect when checking account info. Comes back with something went wrong.  Check back later or Contact Support.  The welcome screen comes up after they tried to reset. I press continue then it fails after trying again. It's stuck in this loop. I am able to successfully check voicemail by calling *86 but I work from home and rely on my voicemail for customers. Checking every minute is not convenient. I need a solution ASAP.  I've been a customer for 13 years, but I may be forced to seek another option if this cannot be fixed.
