My note 9 phone and my wife's note 9 are both having problems making calls and receiving calls. Both phones did a system update last night. With an incoming call, i can select answer or decline, but upon selecting answer, nothing happens. Answering calls seems to be random....sometimes it answers quickly, sometimes nothing.
We are concerned to hear that you are having issues with making calls with your devices.
