Samsung S22

I have a brand new S22 Ultra. I cannot recieve or send group messages. My prior phone S20 Ultra never had a problem. I am using the default verizon messaging app. I have tried all possible solutions here. However more time than not I do not have the link that is being reffered to in the solution. It is extremely  difficult to find the same  options on my phone reffered to in the fixes. I have also tried the fixes referred to from non verizon sites. None of which have worked to date.  Can anyone help?

If only I had known I would never have bought this phone.
