My phone powered off on its own and will not power back up.
There is a blue flashing light in the indicator light nothing else working
I have done the maintenance reset, not corrected any suggestions
I know how important it is to have a working phone! Please press and hold the Power + Volume Down buttons for approximately 10 seconds or until the device power cycles. rom the Maintenance Boot Mode screen, select Normal Boot. Please let us know if that helps.
