My S9 phone won't ring while connected to WIFI. This doesn't happen all the time. Still frustrating. Thoughts?
We know being able to hear your incoming calls is certainly a big deal. Does the phone still vibrate when it's silent and has an incoming call?

That's definitely not the experience we want for you! Let's see how we can help resolve this. When you are on the same Wi-Fi, are you able to make calls out? Do text messages in and out work on the Wi-Fi? When did you begin having trouble? This information will help us figure out what may be causing this, so we can help resolve it and get your calls flowing through once again.
