Hello - My Samsung S9+ consistently shuts down while charging. It usually continues to charge but I am unable to use it or receive notifications or calls because it is shut off. Sometimes it requires a complete reboot, other times I am able to start it back up and enter my password. Any suggestions or ideas on what the problem is or how to fix it?
It is important that you are able to charge your device while it is on, LMuir. Have you made any changes to the device recently?
