When will the voicemail issue for the s 21 be resolved? You guys said it was samsungs fault, and to wait for software update. We'll, got the update today, and it's still not fixed. I was on the phone e with them for 2 hours today and they said the problem is not on their end, and that is on your end. So, which is it? I'm really sorry that I got this phone. I should have stayed with a note instead. For as much as we pay for these, there should be no issue. Tired of the runaround. It's been going on since Nov. 30th.
