Anyone having an issue  with not being able to make or receive calls after swapping carriers? ph is unlocked with new sims but  I can use all other apps and text . i need to know how to fix this problem any advice to resolve this issue?

Thank you for the information. Based on the information you've provided, the device is not locked. If the phone was locked to us, you would not be able to activate the phone at all with another carrier. Data and texts would not work at all as well. The message you're receiving is just letting you know that the service you're getting on your phone is not from Verizon since there is no Verizon SIM. We recommend reaching ou to Cricket for activation help.

It will use data , messenger, wifi and text messages it will not let you call or receive call and now it says sims is not from Verizon. I have called at least 4 times and spoke with a rep that has assured me each time that my ph is unlocked and it was getting service at the time.
