My phone caught on fire and I had to pay the insurance on the phone to get a new one. I was told to contact Samsung to get re-imbursed my money and they told me they will not re-imburse me how do I get this resolved?

Wow that is terrible, typically the manufacturers want the device so they can examine it and find the problem. Did you already send the phone to Asurion? If not talk with Samsung about sending the device to them, however then you wonโt have a phone since they do not provide loaners. What were you doing with your phone when it caught fire?

Flora3677, I'm disheartened to hear that your device caught on fire as this should never happen. We always rely on our device as I understand this as a consumer myself. I'm sorry that Samsung was unable to assist you with your issue. What is the reason that they were unable to assist with this? When did this issue happen? Was there any physical damage to the device prior to it catching on fire?
