Just upgrade to s22 from s20fe 5g. The s22 worked fine for a couple weeks the developed message issues. The problem is I couldn't send and receive messages with or without attached pictures.
Talked to verizon support. The rep suggested reset eveything and removed and reinserted the sim card. After that the s22 worked again . I can send and receive messages with or without pictures. However after a few hours during the day, the issue with message reappears and to make it working I have to restart the phone.
I am not sure what to do now. Please help. Thank you.
