I switched over from Samsung back in 2020 and finally decided to start using iPhone and I enjoyed iPhone but this year I decided to get the S 24 because I have two phones and I got bored with the iPhone and decided to get the Samsung ultra and that was the worst mistake ever ridiculous now I’m stuck with a phone that doesn’t work and this has made my view with Samsung. Not a good one. They used to have really good products but not anymore. I sometimes question my big TV. I got from them my huge Sony TV I have no doubt about but the point is if you’re looking to buy the Samsung phone you would do better off sticking with iPhone the phone updates literally almost every day. It seems sometimes two and three times a day. Ridiculous. It’s just not a good product anymore and I think for that reason I should not have to pay to upgrade, especially when I only just got the phone about four months ago but I want to go back to iPhone because this is ridiculous and I should not have to pay for their mistakes

While Verizon offers a generous return/exchange policy within the first 30 days, any defects outside that date would be covered under the manufacturer warranty.
