Samung Note 9 "Auto Retry" not Working

In my phone settings, I have Auto-retry enabled, but after dialing and getting a busy signal, the phone does not retry the number. Is anything else required to enable this feature?

Thanks for reaching out, we want all of your features to work for you Autumn14. Did this feature ever work for you? If so, when was the last time? Were there any recent changes to the phone like a software update? Please try restarting the phone if you have not already. RosanneM_VZW

My Auto Retry is not working on my Note 9. It's my first attempt at using it. The slider button is switched to show that it's on, but no options to set it up for how long to wait to redial the number. And it won't redial the number automatically. What do I need to do?
