after the update on April 4th wi-fi calling no loger works and there, keeps trying to load and fails to connect

We are concerned to hear that you are having trouble using Wi-Fi calling after a recent update. Are you having trouble using any other services such as standard calling, texts, data usage? Have you performed any troubleshooting so far?
