Security Error This phone has been flashed with unauthorized software & is locked

 I have S21 with above error. The corrupted phone has the last pictures of my husband before he died. How do I transfer photos from corrupted phone to replacement phone.  Google does not have backup. Smart switch doesn't work. I would appreciate any help. Sorry if I'm not posting correctly, my husband was the techie and I have no clue what I'm doing. Thanks

Can you use email or text messaging from the corrupted phone or is it completely non-functional?

If it is completely non-functional, a store that does computer and mobile device repair may be able to recover images off of the defective phone for you.

We're so sorry to hear of your husbands passing and know how important it is to keep pictures and memories, Stollca. Have you backed up your device any other way such as with the Verizon Cloud?
