I have a Galaxy S21 and I'm unable to send photos via Messenger to a Motorola One 5G Ace. I have no issues sending them to other phone types. I've gone through all of the settings I can think of that would cause the problem, but nothing has worked. Could the issue be with the Motorola's settings? Any other possibilities for a fix?
Hello, Finley9, we know it's important to be able to sens photos to all your recipients. What happens when you try to send a photo to the Motorola phone? Is the Motorola able to receive picture messages from other users?
