Is your cellular data connection enabled and active when you try to send picture messages?

Picture messaging is a great way to share lasting memories of friends and families! It’s also a great way to do business, depending on what profession that you are in. May I ask are you able to use other data services like web access and app downloads? As Ann154 stated, it’s best to verify the setting in the phone to ensure that this service is provisioned correctly. If you are still unable to use picture messaging then please advise as to what error message that you are getting. Also, I can check your account to ensure that there isn’t any blocks on your line.
