Also if your phone is off Verizon finds every way to keep you from talking to a rep. as if they are saying if you ain't paying us no money we can't talk to yiu we ar still customers. With what just happened to me to day I am seriously thinking about leaving this company for they shady practices towards me I pay almost 400 monthly for 4 line and a tablet and current only owe for 1 phone so I think they already beating me out of money
