1DarkAngel,
We want to make sure you have all the options that you need on your device. A signature can be really useful. What type of messaging app are you using? When were you last able to use a signature?

On my Samsung S7, I had the option to add a signature to my Text messages on Samsung Messages. I don't think that Verizon should have the ability to delete this option & force me to use Verizon Messenger if I want to use the Samsung Messages app. Deleting this option appears to be a downgrade on the S8+ because it was an option on the S7.

1DarkAnge, we understand how important it is for your to be able to use the features of your phone. We will look into this for you. The feature is no longer supported on the device. I have provided a workaround that might work for you:
1. Go to the Home screen of your smartphone;
2. Access the App Menu;
3. Head to the Settings section;
4. Access the Language & Input menu;
5. Select the Samsung Keyboard;
6. Scroll and find the option labeled as Text Shortcuts;
7. Tap the Add option from the upper right corner to add a text string script as a text shortcut for your keyboard app;
o You will need to type a text in the Quick Access field, which can be, for instance, โSignatureโ;
o And another text in the Extended Text field, which will automatically appear after you have entered the Quick Access field, and which can be, for instance, โYours sincerely, Name, First Nameโ;
8. Tap on the Save button and leave the menus.

Why would Verizon take away such a basic, expected feature?? I just got a S10 5G and would never have thought this feature wouldn't be there. now I'm stuck with a $1300 phone that can't even automatically sign my name on a text. Why?? The work around is ok but requires a minimum 2 or 3 extra keystrokes on every text. 2 keystrokes and a hard reture if you want it to appear on a separate line like a real signature should. Unacceptable. I've been a loyal Samsung user but I am really not happy right now. Please consider adding this feature on a software update.
