Sim card is 2 months old, do I REALLY need to use the one that comes w/ the phone

My Note 7 comes tomorrow,  so much  easier to use the 2 mo old that's already activated.... Is there a reason to use the one that comes with the phone?

As long as they are the same size, just stick your current one in the Note 7 and you are good to go
