Recently the service to my cell phone went out, originally I though it was do to a late bill, but after paying the bill the service still has not been restored. I tried doing a factory reset but in the set up menu it says "SIM card not found" even though the sim card is installed. What is the problem?
Hey Kadeemhunt! Sorry to hear about your SIM issues! I recommend popping out your SIM card, cleaning it thoroughly with a dry cloth, and reinserting it firmly in the slot. Pop out the battery on your Nexus and retest. Let us know if that helps you.
