I have recently paid off my iPhone 15 Pro and now I have spent days on hold with Verizon, Purchasing Power, which is where I ordered the phone from, and Apple, and keep being told that it is Verizon indeed that has my phone locked, and Verizon keeps telling me it will be unlocked and with 24 to 48 hours. Three times now I have received Sim unlocked denied emails. If they don't get it fixed soon me my father my mother and my daughter are just gonna take our business elsewhere. My email is
