I'm using a Samsung Galaxy A03s. There's no option to Uninstaller the voicemail app. I've tried clearing cache, & data; have restarted. Nothing has resolved the error.

TheGrannyNovice, help is here as having access to your important messages is a must. I see you stated that you have cleared cache and data. Just to ensure we are on the same page, could you provide me the exact steps taken to complete this step?

TheGrannyNovice, thank you for this info. Are you able to access your voicemail when you dial *86 on the device? What were the steps taken to clear cache and data?
