Samsung Galaxy S9 and S10. Since switching to an unlimited plan my 4G service has been constantly slow. Most of the time I have a good connection (3-5 bars). I have friends who dealt with similar issues and ended up switching to T-Mobile and have been very satisfied in doing so. Im thinking about going that route if there is no resolution to this issue.
Rylo1, we certainly don't want it to come to that. Slow internet is a no go in our book. I appreciate the opportunity to review your concern. To get a better picture of the type of speeds you are encountering, have you completed speed test at all. What were the results, if so?
