Hoping someone can shed light. I keep getting connection/internet outages or slowing down. It comes and goes. Things I tried:
2. Reset through Verizon tech support
3. Data reset on phone
4. Taking sim card out to make sure it was secure
I can still make and receive calls it seems when this happens. Verizon tech support has been zero help.
We definitely do not want you to feel this way, and it's our priority that we help you get your data speeds up and running. Please tell us, does this happen during specific times of the day? Are any other services being impacted? Do you have access to Wi-Fi?
