In the Smart Family app, during time restriction (ie. night or school), when someone tries to call or text my daughter, it seems none of this is recorded anywhere. I even checked the call and message log on the Verizon website account and no record of anything. I would like to still have her receive them after the restriction is lifted, so she sees the missed texts and calls. Is this possible? If not, sounds like a serious need for a feature improvement! Some of them can be important, like coach's messages, etc.

I understand the need to show recorded calls and text with the Smart Family app feature TrishS8. I'm sorry this feature does not have the capability to view missed calls and text until the restriction is lifted. We appreciate your feedback and will take this into consideration.
