Hey, Verizon,
Is there ANYWAY you can create a filter that blocks emails from texting me? Because several times a day I get a text from [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] that provides a link to smut sites. Well, I'm assuming anyway, based on the URL text. Obviously I'm not clicking the link.
I cannot block the number, because it's not coming from a number - it's coming from an email. Even if I could, it's a different address every time so blocking systematically would be for naught.
I want to stop receiving texts from ALL emails. There's got to be a way you can make that happen. Let me know when you do.

@9wood I have the email block that I linked above in place on my account and have for years now. It works. Have you tried it yet?

No one in this thread mentioned they had prepaid so people assume you are talking about post paid. Mary

A. You don't mention being Prepaid in your initial post. If you don't provide complete information, you won't get answers taylored to your situation.
B. I don't have an iPhone. I have had the email block in place since probably 2009 through Android phones, Windows phones, and even briefly iOS phones.

You have no solution for this. I've been through this with multiple tech service preprogrammed at Verizon and nothing works.

So when you block all texts sent from the web they are still getting through?
