To anyone that has a nexus try using hotspot for 1 min and it will reboot. the phone was a dud do a google search it you will see lol. but that is samsung /google's fault not verizon's.

yes i tried it with the representative with verizon, even after my phone rebooted when it loaded -_-. all he said to me was sorry and thats all he offered... i dont even know what im paying verizon for. EVEN TILL NOW I CANT USE A PHONE

Why don't you return the device and get a new one.  It's under warranty...

I will send you a DM about the instructions.  Make sure during any point of the process DO NOT pull the battery while it is flashing the radios or else you'll go into a boot loop like you are now.
