Still missing calls?

I'm posting a new message to see how many people, if any at all, are still having the missed call issue.  I am.  I've done every stupid update, taken battery out, shut down, blah, blah, blah, that there is to be done.  Went to the Verizon store, and the lady there knew NOTHING about the missed calls issue and proceeded to tell me that she has the same phone, and has had no problems.  (I really wanted to be smart and ask her how many calls she really gets anyway, but I refrained.)  Anyway, still missing calls.  And of course, the phone doesn't show any missed calls.  I'm so done with this phone.

So, is anyone else out there still having issues?

Yes, I am having the same problem. Phone does not ring or show misses calls. It goes into my missed call log. This is getting frustrating. We should be able to do an early upgrade and get the phone we want.

Do you have the latest software version on your phone?   ED05 ?

Menu..Settings..About phone..   build # ?

If yes, have you done a 'factory data reset' after upgrading to ED05?

Menu...Setting..Privacy..    Factory data reset  (  AFTER backing

up contacts, calendar, etc. first !! )
