I turned in my Samsung phone in August 2022, and was never credited for this transaction. I am being charged $36.15 per month for the new Samsung 22 Ultra (Note) phone for 3 years with no credit for the phone I turned in. I never checked my bill, just trusted Verizon. Bad decision. They also charged me two $35 activation fees for my phone activation. The Verizon store where I got the phone was no help at all. Said it was too late like 5 times. The customer service said they will investigate. Get back to us ....we will see. We learned a lesson - don't trust Verizon. We want our money back. We have 4 lines - charged $50/line - supposed to be $35/line. They did give us $40 because we are paperless and billpay. But...they promise all these deals and don't give them to you.
