S23 Ultra --> I bought my phone brand new from a Verizon store 12/2023. I've had no issue until the update that came out around 02/12/2024. Ever since accepting the update, my phone restarted as normal. However it restarted in "Safe Mode" automatically. When I turn off my phone completely and restart it, a message pops up saying I must factory reset my phone and will be in "airplane" mode. Verizon store reps and Tech have been NO HELP!
