I have a Samsung galaxy note8 which shows unknown caller on people`s phone when i call only to find out i don`t have supplementary services on my phone. Now i am unable to turn on my caller ID. What do i do please?
Hello. We understand the importance of having access to Caller ID to identify yourself or vice versa and would love to help. To better assist, please tell us a little more. Is the device software up to date? Is your service with Verizon postpaid or prepaid?
