Me and my husband got new phones and transferred our phone numbers to Verizon, we didnt realize till later when we activated them that they assigned the wrong numbers and phones ( ie my phone has his number and his phone has my number) i went online to device swap but every time i try it says device not found in system.... any ideas? Or are we stuck with it till he has time to call them in 2 days.....
It is important that your phone numbers are correct, Meeeow. Have you swapped the SIM cards between the devices?
