I switched to Verizon Unlimited plan in December 2020. However, I still not get my switch $250 gift card. Actually, the system did not let my request proceed. It said it is invalid because of a duplicate number. I spent more than 6 hours calling and chatting with the customer service center, but it sent me from one department to others and ended up sending me to live chat. I just brought my 4 lines from AT&T. I believe Verizon and it tricked me. I am very disappointed with this issue and "STUPID SYSTEM"
I thought Verizon is the best wireless carrier, but now I think it terrible.

I had the same issue.
I was gave a code for the 250 and 450 gift card for each line switched...
I am very frustrated and dissapointed with Verizon level of service.

We want to make sure that our customers are provided the rebates as promised when signing up. With regard to the rebate process have you spoken to our rebate center regarding the gift card? Has this matter been looked into already regarding the gift card or does additional research need to be completed?
