Terminating a month to month

I gave my Fascinate to my granddaughter to use and put it on the month to month billing. I have been searching the website on how to terminate this service. I am keeping my service for my Droid M.

You have to call Customer Service to cancel your service:

(800) 922-0204
Monday-Sunday 6 am-11 pm

If you have two lines? Or did you upgrade and just kept the old phone as a toy? Depending on which it is, you can call customer care for help, if you upgraded and kept the old device, it will have no active vzw service, just a internet device now.
