I'm very disappointed with Verizon.
I have been a customer of Verizon for years and my payments are always on time, since it's drafted from my bank every month I'm never late so that means I'm living up to what was agreed on, I pay for a service, but Verizon is not fulfilling their end.
I work in a school and I have to use my hotspot in order to get internet service on my cell phone.
I don't understand what the difference is? My hotspot works but my cellphone don't? I contacted Verizon and after so many troubleshooting attempts their solution is that I need a new cell phone. I don't think it's right that after so many months and finally paying off my device their solution is for me to buy a new one. What's worst is that since I have to use my hotspot I run out of Gigabytes.
I don't know what happened to Verizon and I'm very disappointed.
I have started looking for different service, however a lot of the carriers or service here in Houston Texas are saying that they are using Verizon towers.

Okay, so what's the fix? I have terrible service that I'm paying through the nose for. My last phone, Samsung 3 was SO much better than the new 7 with whatever this horrendous 5G is supposed to be. I can't get a signal in 99% of the places I go, inside or out..

Post the problem so we can see what's going on. No PM's/DM's/Texts/wasted and unanswered calls are necessary. Thousands of Verizon's customers know there's something wrong with 5G so just come out and tell us what the fix is! Our phones work, it's the 5G that doesn't so what is Verizon doing to fix it???

I just got a message from Verizon stating that my hot spot has only 10% data remaining of my plan.
I also got a message thanking me for a $131.06 payment to my account.
Im getting ripped off by Verizon.
If anybody is reading this reviews, you might want to reconsider. Verizon is not the way.
