Text T mobile boost mobile ...

i have 4 line and service for past 5 yrs 

This is 5th time happening

My text can not go to any one who has T mobile and boost

Verizon  did nothing , i have been out of resolution since friday

 extremely frustrated

Hello, sorry to hear you're running into an issue with messaging! Are you still experiencing an issue with sending text? If so, does this happen with all lines on your account? What happens when trying to send a text to someone using one of these providers?

Yes, i have reached out to tech support and opened tickets

I have 4 lines, only one line has issues , i can not send text to anyone w T mobile, metro PCS and boot Mobile

no one has helped yet. this has started since Nov 1st

i have had plan w version for past 5 yrs, this is a 5th time

its not w one person , its w everyone

 

i can get some texts, they dont get mine- unless they have RCS

Turn off the RCS in your texting app.  If the other people have an iPhone running something besides iOS 18 then they can't get RCS texts, and if someone has an older Android phone, they may not be able to get RCS format either if their software isn't updated or can't be updated any more.

@vzw_customer_supportthis is some kind of problem with the network where Verizon's SMSCs are not routing texts properly to T-Mobile's SMSCs.  (Boost Mobile uses T-Mobile as well as AT&T's network.)  There was an old thread from last year which resurfaced recently where the same problem was being mentioned.  I haven't had any issues with texting someone in the T-Mobile network, so it must be sporadic or limited to certain areas.

@sepiakhavi, if you can get a hold of someone in tech support, tell them the ZIP code in question which is having the problem as they need to pass it on to whatever department handles this sort of network issue.

I have reached out to tech support and created a ticket for past 10 days, but they did none, its not a zip , its all who has T mobile and metro pcs ...

Not sure what to do

We understand how important it is for your text to go through as expected. Have you received any updates from the ticket that you shared was created?
